It is fast and goes up the hills fairly good. The sit is not very confortable.
Birthday Gift for Granddaughter -- 2007-09-09
I bought the Razor E500S scooter for my 11 year old granddaughter and she says it "rocks"! She is careful not to recharge the battery until it has completely discharged and gets much longer riding time on this scooter compared to the E300 that she previously had. However, this scooter did not come without problems. When we received it there were three major parts broken and it was not usable. After having the parts replaced by a service rep it now works great. The scooter arrived in it's original box without any protective packaging. I have advised Amazon about this problem and if they have made changes in the way they ship it, I would give this scooter 5 stars. It has made my granddaughter very happy!

I have read some reviews from other people that they haven't been satisfied with this scooter. This is our second one, and we have had good luck with them. We bought a second scooter because the first one has been so good. My boys use them for their paper route. The power is weak when going up inclines. The battery holds a good charge. We've enjoyed ours.

we ordered 2 of these both came broken returned them and they sent us 2 more they also came broken , amazon is great with returns so we tried the euro betty's they are great , i ride it my self ..LOL

The product is horrible! Amazon did a great job helping me with the problem but after getting three of these scooters, all broken in the same place, i went to Razor to see if they could help. After assurances that the replacement parts would arrive before Christmas, Santa ended up having to get something else. The replacement parts did not arrive until the Friday after Christmas. Razor is aware of the poor packing job done with their scooters and very uncooperative to get the problems fixed. If you can find a similar scooter out there at another company, buy it because Razor is not a company i would recommend any one do business with!!!!!
